Abstract This Resolution allows the import of seed potato for the season 2010-2011 from Germany, Holland, France, United Kingdom, Scotland, Canada (the Provinces of Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick), Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark or any state that proves allocated production. The Resolution sets forth conditions and specifications for the period of import and the variety of seed potato allowed. Imported tubers must be in good condition and not damaged by insects. Details about soil, insecticide, bags used for the storage and transport are set out in the text. Each consignment of seed potato should have: an Agricultural Health Certificate; a Certificate of Origin or a EUR 1 certificate; a certificate of specialization in production or export of seed potato; and a list of other documents.
