Abstract

This Resolution provides for the terms of placing on the market of vegetable and small-scale garden seed. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); General requirements imposed on vegetable and small-scale garden cultures (3); Requirements of seed that has to be met before placing on the market (4); Manufacturer obligation of “standard seed” of vegetable and small-scale garden cultures (5); and State supervision (6).
