It consists of six articles: General provision (1); Requirements imposed on premises (2); Requirements imposed on technical support (3); Storage of plant protection materials (4); Requirements imposed on personnel (5); and Additional requirements (6). The main provisions of the Regulation provide rules for retail trade of pesticides and selling them in convenient packages for consumers. The central purpose of the Resolution is to ensure safety and health when handling and issuing pesticides in small packages.
