It consists of seven titles: General rules (I); Technology (II); Ventilation of tunnels (III); Mechanical devices (IV); Electrotechnical industry (V); Protection and extinguishment of underground fires (VI); and Violations (VII). The purpose of the technical regulation is to ensure the safety of ore and non-ore underground mines and is mandatory for any enterprise that plans, renovates or uses such mines on the territory of Georgia.
