Abstract

The Resolution regulates issuing export certificates for animals and animal products. It consists of eight articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Types of veterinary certificates (3); Requirements imposed on certificates (4); Application to be issued with certificate (5); Veterinary procedures for issuing certificates (6); Loss or damaging of certificate (7); and Inter-agency coordination (9). In general, the Resolution provides for types of veterinary certificates that may be issued by Georgia and adopts the whole list of forms (as its annexes) for the same purpose.
