The Objectives of the Operational Plan are: Ensure total absorption of peasant production by the domestic market. The Specific objectives are: Ensure the commercialization of all agricultural surplus; Avoid situations of excess production losses due to lack of buyers; Ensure the regular distribution of agricultural products from the areas of greatest production to the national market Create a transparent system of negotiation between agricultural producers and large buyers (national industries, fresh shops and supermarkets, distributors, consumers, etc.); Linking producers and large supermarkets operating in urban areas.
