This Resolution enters into force on 19 July 2001.
Abstract

This Decree approves the Statute for Provincial Directions of Tourism. The Statute, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes patterns and requirements to be satisfied for competencies and responsibilities by Provincial Directions of Tourism. It is divided as follows: General principles (Chap. I); Structure and functions (Chap. II); Partners (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
