It consists of 11 articles: Scope of regulation (1); Purposes and objectives (2); Definition of main concepts (3); General requirements for taking inventory of stationary sources of air pollution (4); Taking inventory (5); Structure and formalization of inventory (6); Rules for filling out inventory forms (7); Rules for filling out Form No 1 of inventory-taking (8); Rules for filling out Form No 2 of inventory-taking (9); Rules for filling out Form No 3 of inventory-taking (10); and Rules for filling out Form No 4 of inventory-taking (11). The Resolution also includes forms required for taking the inventory. The purpose of the Resolution is to determine the types of and quantitative data on hazardous substances released into the air.
