Abstract

The Resolution governs legal relations between state agencies and natural and legal persons (irrespective of their ownership and legal status) in the areas of air emissions reporting and monitoring. The goal of the Resolution is to establish the procedure for self-monitoring and reporting of emissions of harmful substances into the ambient air from stationary sources of pollution during the performance of activities by natural and legal persons. Its objective is to regulate the conduct of self-monitoring of emissions of harmful substances, and state accounting for emissions of harmful substances.
