Abstract This Resolution establishes a list of organizations that receive subsidies for the payment of parts of interest for the use of loans provided in Belarusian rubles in 2022–2024 on terms determined by banks for a period not exceeding 12 years, for the implementation of investment projects for the reconstruction, modernization (technical re-equipment) and construction of premises on existing and previously started by the construction of livestock, poultry, rabbit and fur farms, according to the Annex. The aforesaid subsidies shall be provided monthly at the expense of the republican budget, provided for other issues in the field of agriculture, within the limits, approved by the law on the republican budget for the relevant financial year, in the amount of the refinancing rate of the National Bank, effective (taking into account its changes) in the relevant period for accruing interest on loans, during term for accruing interest on loans; and shall not be provided for the payment of part of the interest accrued on the amount overdue and (or) deferred (installed) debt on the principal debt on loans.
