Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for the fight against potato flea species: Epitrix cucumeris (Harris), Epitrix papa sp. n.; Epitrix subcrinita (Lec.) and Epitrix tuberis (Gentner). It consists of nine articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Importing potato tubers into the country (3); Movement of potato tubers on the territory of the county (4); Requirements on transport vehicles, packaging, equipment and soil waste (5); Requirements on packaging facilities outside the demarcated areas (6); Research and notifications about harmful organisms (7); Authority and obligations of the Agency (8); and Demarcation of potato production areas and measures to be taken for it (9).
