Abstract This resolution make provision for contracting of crops between farmers and the State. The crops shall be purchased by the State at prices fixed by the State. It seems that all harvest of wheat, barley, maize, rice (Shilib) and seeds of sunflower shall be compulsorily sold to the State. The Council of Ministers may add other agricultural products to the restricted trade list. A farmer who has not delivered the contracted quantity in time shall be served with a notice from the Harvesting and Marketing Committee stating that he must deliver within 10 days of the date of notification. A farmer who does not deliver in time shall be fined in accordance with provisions of section 3. The Head of the Harvesting and marketing Committee may order searching of any place so as to seize harvest. (5 sections) Full text English
