Abstract This Regulation establishes the procedure for transferring payments for forest use to the national budget, calculated according to the payment deadlines in 2022, by organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Forestry. Payments for forest use (fee for forest use, determined on the basis of the tax value established by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, rent for the use of a plot of the forest fund) are transferred by forest users to the accounts of the main departments of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of the regions and the city of Minsk, open for crediting payments, control over the payment of which is carried out by the tax authorities at the place of registration of forestry enterprises (payment code 4007). The fee for forest use is transferred at a time before the issuance of a logging license, felling permit, forest land plot usage permit and authorization. Payments for timber harvested in excess of the volumes specified in the felling permit and authorization, are transferred within ten calendar days after the drawing up of the cutting site inspection report in accordance with the established procedure on the basis of data on the actual harvesting of wood. Transfer of additional accrued payments for timber in case of completion of its harvesting earlier than the period specified in the felling permit and authorization, is carried out within ten days from the date of receipt of the relevant notification from the forestry enterprise.
