This Decree enters into force after its official publication.
Abstract

This Resolution establishes the procedure and criteria for classification of sources of ionizing radiation sources by the categories of radiation hazard. It establishes formula fore the determination of the unified hazardousness category for a set of sealed sources of ionizing radiation located in close proximity to each other, also if used in a unified manufacturing process (in a single facility, apparatus or unit), transportation of sealed sources of ionizing radiation in a single vehicle, storage in a single storage facility, with a view of application of a unified set of organizational and technical measures to ensure safety of the aforesaid sources of ionizing radiation.
