It consists of nine articles: Scope and object of regulation (1); Domestic subsidy (2); Administration component agency (3); Domestic subsidy amount and scope of recipients (4); Restriction of the right to receive of domestic subsidy and legalization of excessively received amounts (4-1); Granting and issuing the domestic subsidy (5); Authority of the competent body (6); Source of financing (7); and Transitional provisions (8). These rules determine the amount of domestic subsidy through monetization of social concessions, the categories of its recipients, the competent authority for its administration, and regulates the matters related to granting-issuing domestic subsidy.
