This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 8 articles. Articles 1 and 2 contain scope of application and terms and definitions. Article 3 defines competencies of the employees of the Ministry of Health charged with the capacity of Judicial Officers to inspect and control firms and enterprises exporting fish food to the European Union, in particular to: enter and inspect all sites and places designated for the storage, preparation, processing and packaging of fish products; testing and sampling of fish products; and, inspect and confiscate means of transportation of fish products. Articles 4 to 6 contain general provisions. Article 7 contains offences and penalties.
