The Protocol aims at granting a sustainable use of water wildlife resources and their related ecosystems. In particular, the protocol regulates on shared resources and artisanal fishing, small scale fishing, as well as commercial fisheries. The Resolution compels the Ministries for Fisheries and for Foreign Affairs to adopt all necessary measures for the Protocol’s implementation. Full text Portuguese
