This Resolution enters into force on 28 January 2009.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 subjects the imported potatoes destined for the human consumption to laboratory analysis and tests by the Agricultural Scientific Research Department to make sure that are free from Brown Rot. Article 2 prohibits the introduction in Lebanon of potatoes destined to the human consumption before results of laboratory analysis and tests.
