Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for performing and documenting cadastre survey/planning and suspending the certificate of an authorized person performing and documenting cadastre survey/planning when the person violates legal requirements imposed on cadastre survey/planning. It consists of eight articles: Notion of a cadastre survey/planning map and duties of the person performing cadastre survey/planning (1); General technical terms for a cadastre survey (2); Form for a cadastre survey/planning map (3); Description of cadastre borders (4); Photos obtained as a result of a cadastral surveying (5); Instructions for filling out the paper version of the cadastral survey/planning map (6); Paper version of the cadastral survey/planning map (7); and Instructions for filling out the electronic version of the cadastral survey/planning map (8).
