This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution approves the Statute of the Ministry of Fisheries entitled to guarantee the management, exploitation, protection and conservation of the fisheries resources, promoting also its participatory management. The aforementioned Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters, specifies composition, functions, and field of activity of the aforementioned institution. The Statute is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Composition (Chap. II); Functions and responsibilities (Chap. III); Partners (Chap. IV); Final provisions (Chap. V).
