Abstract The aim of this Resolution is to unify the Egyptian standards for the issuance of quality marks and certificates in order to repress and fight deceit and fraud. It is composed of 4 articles. Articles 1 and 2 prohibit the issuance of certificates for high quality marks before the consultation of the General Egyptian Authority for Requirements and Quality in accordance with the international legislations issued by the competent organizations for quality certificates and marks. Article 3 subjects offences or violations against provisions of this Resolution to the Deceit and Fraud Repression Law No. 48 of 1941 amended by Law No. 281 of 1994. Full text Arabic
