Abstract The Resolution provides regulations for flour of soft wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and club wheat (Triticum compactum Host.). It consists of eight articles: General provisions (1); Purpose and scope of application (2); Regulated objects (3); Definition of terms (4); Terms of placement of wheat flour on market (5); Requirements imposed on the regulated object (6); Hygiene requirements imposed on business operators (7); and Compliance control of the regulated object (8). The purpose of the Resolution is to lay down unified principles for production, processing and/or distribution of wheat flour and provides for the protection of consumer rights.
