Abstract

This Resolution provides for the terms of placing on the market of the seeds of sugar beet and animal feed beet. It consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Terms for placing on the market of seeds (3); and State supervision (4). The Resolution also contains Annex 1: Requirements imposed on the plot of land where the seed is cultivated (Part I); and Requirements imposed on the seed (Part II).
