This Resolution enters into force on 21 September 1997.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 12 articles. Establishment the Ministerial Committee for the control on fishing operations composed of 6 specialists (art. 1). The competencies of the Committee shall be to; discuss and approve the function operation plan; hold periodical meetings with the representatives of companies; discuss the reports; define the ports for the payment of fees; estimate the compensations; distribute vessels; and define controller team (art. 2). Execution mechanism of the Ministerial Committee (art. 3). The Operation Committees are under the control of the Ministerial Committee (art. 5). Competenciec and duties of Fishing Operation Committees (art. 6). The mechanism for the execution of competencies of the Operation Committees in the Provinces (art. 7). Resolution No. 99 is now abrogated (art. 10).
