This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 18 articles. It regulates the exceptional cases in which vegetation suppression can be allowed inside Permanent Reserve Areas for the purpose of public interest, of social interest or due to low environmental impact. Particular attention is paid to mineral resources extraction, greening activities and research activities.
