Abstract

This Resolution approves the Statute of the National Fisheries Administration (ADNAP). The Statute of ADNAP, consisting of 6 Chapters, specifies composition, functions, and field of activity of the aforementioned institution. The Statute is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Composition (Chap. II); Functions and responsibilities over fisheries sector management (Chap. III); Partners (Chap. IV); Financial and administrative management (Chap. V); Final provisions (Chap. VI).
