Abstract This Resolution consists of 4 Chapters divided into 40 articles: Terms and definitions (I); The auction sale system (II); Marketing of fish and marine products (III); General provisions (IV). This Regulation aims at regulating the auction sale, providing abundant fish and marine products to the internal market, increasing fish production, and guaranteeing sanitary conditions (art. 3). Individuals in charge for the auction sale shall have a licence (art. 12). The licence for auction sale shall be valid for 1 year, renewable (art. 15). Article 16 fixes fees for the quantity of sold fish and marine products. Requirements and conditions for any person who wants to participate in the auction sale are given in article 19. It shall be prohibited to sell or trade deep shrimps, squids and the like by auction sale (art. 37). Full text Arabic
