This Resolution will enter into force on 1 January 1998.
Abstract

This Resolution establishes technical requirements and conditions for the export of fruits and vegetables. Exporters must present an application to the Border Control Centres of the Ministry of Agriculture containing: exporter's name and address; importer's name and country of origin; quantity of fruits and vegetables; centres for cleaning and storage of fruits and vegetables; export date and means of transport. Authorized inspectors and experts must verify that the fruits and vegetables respecte hygiene, technical and sanitary requirements and procedures. The technical requirements and conditions for the export of fruits and vegetables are indicated in the attached list.
