Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for cooperation and distribution of authority among entities involved in address assignment procedure. It consists of three articles: General provisions (1); Authority of the competent bodies in address assignment procedure (2); and Coordination Council (3). The purpose of the Resolution is to improve address assignment procedure and to standardize the system.
