Abstract This Resolution approves the Strategic Plan of the Technological Park for the year 2021 to 2030. The Strategic Plan for Sustainable Development (PEDS) proposes to transform Cape Verde into a “platform country”, capable of growing a “circulation economy”, open to the world and fully inserted in the World Economic System (SEM). Information and communication technologies (ICT) constitute an opportunity for the sustainable economic and social development of the country. The Technological Park was designed and implemented to be the centre of Cape Verde's entire digital strategy, bringing together the interests of the sectors and enhancing competitive advantages in the creation of the Market–Companies–Employment-Training ecosystem. The Technological Park, with hubs in Praia and Mindelo includes the construction of business, training and certification centres, administrative buildings, auditorium, data centre, etc. The Technological Park aims to capture the interest of the regional and international market and foreign investment in order to contribute to its growth, consolidation, international credibility and to speed up the transfer of knowledge to the country.
