Abstract This Resolution is composed of 24 articles. Terms and definitions are given in article 2. The exportation of fish and marine products shall be allowed only upon the issuance of a licence by the competent authority (art. 3). Requirements and documents necessary to apply for a licence are specified in article 4. Requirement and conditions necessary for the exporter of fish and marine products are defined in article 8. The Ministry of Fish Wealth or its offices or branches shall take 2 percent of the value of the Credit Letter in hard currency in exchange for marketing services (art. 10). The exporter shall not collect or purchase any protected species or fish caught by an unauthorized method (art. 11). The competent offices and authorities shall carry out a periodic inspection on the exporter’s establishment (art. 14). Penalties provisions are contained in articles 16 and 17. Full text Arabic
