Abstract

This Resolution provides for the criteria for selecting measures to remedy significant environmental damage by the responsible person and also the rules for developing a remedy plan for the significant environmental damage. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (I); Remedy Measures (II); Identification and equivalency analysis of remedy measures (III); and Remedy plan (IV).
