Abstract This Resolution approves the Statute of the Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Administration. This Statute, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes duties and responsibilities of this institution entitled to: approve directives, organization and regulations; create or extinguish delegations or other forms of representations; define and approve contract-programmes, according to art. 20; approve the action plan; issue and homologate contracts of: management, end of exploitation and concession.
