Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules of selection of alternative/adequate measures for remedying significant damage to be taken on the nearby territory of damaged areas or other territories. It consists of seven articles: Purpose (1); Definitions (2); Alternative/adequate measures (3); General criteria for the selection of the nearby territory of damaged areas or other territories (4); Selection of alternative/adequate measures (5); Identification and assessment of remedy measures (6); Scaling of remedy measures (7). These measures are taken if the environmental damage cannot be reversed to the original situation.
