Abstract

The Resolution regulates the procedure of drafting and presenting the national report on environment. It consists of 10 chapters: General provisions (I); Rights and duties when drafting the report (II); Defining competences when drafting the report (III); General principles and structure of the report (IV); Contents of the report (V); Status of the report (VI); Public access to the report (VII); Timeline and publication rules for the report (VIII); Rules for financing the publication of the report (IX); and International agreements regarding the report (X). The purpose of the regulation is to provide information on environment to the public in compliance with the Georgian Constitution.
