Abstract

This Resolution approves the technical regulation on management of waste from electrical and electronic equipment. It consists of 14 articles: Purpose (1); Scope of regulation (2); Definitions (3); Minimum target indicators for the collection, preparation for a reuse, restoring and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment (4); Authority of the Ministry (5); Registry of extended producer responsibilities (EPR) (6); EPR compliance schemes (7); Membership of an EPR organization, obligations of an EPR organization (8); Preliminary contribution of recycling (9); Authorization of an EPR organization (10); Waste collection system (11); Consumer obligations (12); Obligations of distributors (13); and Liability for violating this technical regulation (14).
