This resolution approves the technical regulation on management waste from tyres. It consists of 17 articles: Purpose (1); Scope of regulation (2); Definitions (3); General requirements (4); Collection and processing (5); Target indicators of reuse and recycling of tyres (6); Registry of extended producer responsibilities (EPR) (7); EPR compliance schemes (8); Membership of an EPR organization, obligations of an EPR organization (9); Preliminary contribution of recycling (10); Authorization of an EPR organization (11); Authority of the Ministry (12); Obligations of distributors (13); Consumer obligations (14); Informing consumers (15); Accounting (16); and Liability for violating this technical regulation (17).
