The forms are issued by the National Food Agency of Georgia. As exceptions, according to the Resolution, transportation of animals and animal products is permitted without the forms (1) if the products are imported – until the destination of the products; and (2) raw milk, fish, edible eggs and honey products if these products are produced, processed or distributed in accordance with the Georgian legislation.
