Article 1 defines the boundary lands of Ain Assaheb-Spring, located in Halboun in the Province of Reef Damascus as in the attached map, for the prevention of pollution. Article 2 prohibits the following activities in the aforementioned area: (a) irrigation of plants by sewerage water; (b) establishment of new constructions and industries; (c) establishment of stations for the treatment of sewerage water, (d) random use of pesticides; (e) establishment of stone quarries and mine exploitation; (g) gathering of waste and refuse; (h) establishment of tanks for oil and combustibles; and, (i) creation of cemeteries and roads.
