This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution approves, for ratification, the United Nations Convention against Corruption, which aims to promote and strengthen measures to prevent and combat corruption more effectively and efficiently, to promote, facilitate and support international cooperation and technical assistance in preventing and combating corruption, including asset recovery, and promoting integrity, accountability and the proper management of public affairs and assets.
