Abstract This Resolution forbids the import of pesticides or technical materials used to prepare pesticides which are not registered in the Ministry of Agriculture. Official government bodies, research centres, recognized academic institutions and other bodies are not concerned with the provisions of this Resolution. The importer has to be in possess of a permit from the Ministry. The Resolution sets out the procedures and the requirements necessary to obtain a pesticides import permit. All the imported pesticides are subject to tests. These tests shall respect the technical specifications provided by the FAO and the CIPAC Methods. Full text Arabic
