Abstract

This Resolution approves the terms of placing on the market of seed mixes of fodder cultures intended for the conservation of their genetic resources. It consists of eleven articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Mixes intended for conservation (3); Region of origin (4); Access to certification, placing on the market (5); Certification requirements for mixes directly sampled for conservation (6); Certification requirements for mixes of cultures intended for conservation (7); Procedural meetings (8); Quantitative restrictions and manufacturer’s obligation (9); Use of quantitative restrictions (10); and Monitoring (11).
