This Resolution enters into force on 1 January 1990.
Abstract

This Resolution amends Resolution No. 8 1976 defining the public utilities and commercial activities subject to Law No. 3 of 1975 on public health as follows: (a) addition of shops and places for food sale, centres for preparation of food, foodstuff deposits, foodstuff industries and laboratories, coffee roasters, almond and nut roasters and mills to article 1; and (b) addition of places and shops, listed in the attached Annex, to article 2 concerning requirements and conditions for the registration to the Ministry of Public Health.
