This Resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution amends article 2 of Resolution No. 4 of 2004 as follows: “it shall also be allowed to importa date palms, ornamental date palms and coconut trees after having them undergo the necessary treatments in accordance with the precautionary requirements defined by the Agricultural Quarantine Committee”.
