This Resolution enters into force 3 months after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to protect workers from environmental dangers by guaranteeing a safe and secure place of work. The present Resolution is composed of 5 Chapters divided into 19 articles and 5 Annexes. Chapter 1 deals with terms and definitions. Chapter 2 provides for the objective and scope of this Resolution. Chapter 3 specifies the environmental requirements and conditions for the installation (place, area, construction materials, floor, heights, and ceilings). Chapter 4 pertains to environmental standards for activities in the place of work (airing, heat, illumination, noise, vibration). Chapter 5 contains general provisions. Annex I contains physical and vital standards in the place of work. Annex II lists the allowed limits of humid temperatures in the place of work. Annex III contains the minimum levels of illumination. Annex IV contains noise limits. Annex V contains important instructions.
