This Resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation of plants provided with natural untreated soil. The present Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 prohibits the importation of plants provided with natural untreated soil in accordance with the requirements and conditions defined by the Agricultural Quarantine Unit. Articles 3 and 4 deal with quarantine measures to be taken for plants provided with natural soil.
