This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the consultative offices engaged for the valuation of environmental impact assessments EIAs. The present Resolution is composed of 13 articles. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Articles 2-4 define requirements and conditions for the adoption of Consultative Offices by the Environment Bureau for the valuation of EIAs. Articles 5-9 provide for the following matters: (a) application procedures; (b) documents and certificates to accompany the application; (c) and approval or rejection of applications. Article 10 defines liabilities and responsibilities of consultative offices and project owners. Article 11 pertains to registration and renewal fees for the adoption of consultative offices.
