The Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles: the Resolution applies to all refrigerator-trucks (art. 2); refrigerator-trucks must be provided with equipment for temperature measurement and with refrigeration units in conformity with international standards (art. 3); transportation requirements must be respected before and during loading and during the transportation (art. 4); violations of the Resolution will be punished according to article 14 of Law No. 15 of 1987 (art. 6).
