This Resolution is composed of 28 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Article 2 prohibits practicing the profession of dietitian and nutritionist before the obtainment of a previous licence from the Ministry of Health. Article 3 classifies the different licences. Articles 4 and 5 pertain to the procedures for submitting and for the approval of applications related to the profession of dietitian and nutritionist. Articles 6 and 7 deal with the Register and with licence fees. Articles 8-12 refer to the obligations of licensees. Articles 14-26 define the requirements and conditions for therapeutic nutrition centres. Article 27 contains offences and penalties.
