Abstract This Resolution is composed of 20 articles. The production or importation of veterinary biological preparations is forbidden unless registered at the General Authority for Veterinary Services (art. 1). Production of veterinary biological preparations by unauthorized installations and industries is forbidden (art. 2). Individuals involved in the production of veterinary biological preparations should inform the Authority before starting their activity and shall comply with its requirements (art. 3). The Head of the Board of the Authority will issue a Resolution for the establishment of a committee for the control and sampling of veterinary biological preparations (art. 6). The costs for the analysis and examination of the preparations are at the importer's or producer's expense (art. 7). The General Authority for Veterinary Services shall carry out the inspection on the preparations (art. 15). The packages used for the preparations shall be made from materials that comply with the standards adopted by the Authority (art. 16). Importers and producers shall keep a register (art. 17).
